Atmospheric Flat on Karmelitermarkt, with lively international people

We are lucky to live in a beautiful 215 year old house overlooking the tasty street market, and want to share it with an interesting flatmate. We are an urbanist, plus an 11 year old boy who is here half the time.

The location is very walkable, 5 minutes from Augarten, & Donaukanal bars, but also just 13 mins to Stephansdom. Public transport and supermarkets are all close, and the house itself is friendly and engaged.
