WG-Zimmer im 2. Bezirk (Innenstadt Nähe/Augarten) ab 06/2024

In our apartment, all bedrooms are rather small (8-10m2) but the whole apartment has around 100 m², which means we have a huge living room, hallway and kitchen, so a lot of space to hangout. The kitchen is fully furnished with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher etc. + we have an AC in the living room. Since the rooms are rather small, I decided to store all my clothes outside in the big hallway. Feel free to do the same! The room will be rented unfurnished. I included photos of my current room for you to imagine, how it could look like. 563€ includes heating but not electricity, insurance or internet (Approx another 30-40€ per month).

The apartment is located in the thriving 2nd district of Vienna. Several supermarkets as well as restaurants, bars and markets (Karmelitermarkt) are within walking distance. Furthermore the beautiful Park "Augarten" is also reachable by foot. Closest supermarket is Billa (5min). The first district and multiple university faculties are also within walking distance. The closest subway station (5min walk) is Schottenring (U2/U4) including all the trams stopping there (1, 71, U2Z).

You will be living with 2 men, both are students at Uni Wien, one of them is also a part time teacher and the other one studies Mathematics. Both are 27 years old and speak german and english. Depending on their workload, they also like to spend evenings together playing board games or watching a movie.
